Askani'son Comics
Marvel Comics published Askani'son comics series in 1996 with 4 issues which continued The Further Adventures of Cyclops and Phoenix comics. The Askani play an important role in the series The Adventures of Cyclops and Phoenix, Askani' Son and Cable comics. The Askani wanted the boy Nathan Summers to join, being the prophesied Askani'Son. Nathan started to call himself Cable. X-Force comics featuring the characters from The New Mutants comics led by Cable and led to the introduction of several spin-off X-Men comics series from Marvel Comics.
Other X-Men series are X-Men comics 1991 series, Classic X-Men comics, X-Factor comics, Excalibur comics, X-Man comics and Uncanny X-Men. Marvel Comics launched comics series of Gambit comics and Wolverine comics.
